May thru Sept: $35 per day
Side Room Only: $35 per day
Christmas Rental: $50 per day
Dances: $150 plus $50 Cleaning Deposit
Merchant Sales: $150 per day
Commercial Use: $12.50 per hour (minimum $50)
Independent Promotion: $150 per day
Non-Profit Organization or Charity Events: No Charge
Activities: $1 each per 30 minutes
Walkers ⁄ Runners: No Charge (Have newcomers sign release form, good for lifetime)
Prairie Twisters: $20 per practice (billed monthly)
- Please Contact City Hall For Availability And To Complete The Necessary Forms And Releases.
- "Request For Use of Facility" Form needs to be completed & signed before keys are given
- Write Name, Contact Number, Organization on date to be reserved
- Cancellations must be made by 4pm
The facility should be cleaned after each use and keys returned to City Hall.
Tables and Chairs are available for rent through City Hall. Currently available are "New Tables": 30-8 ft tables and 9-6ft tables; "Chairs": about 300. A Rental Release Form will need to be completed plus fees and deposit will need to be paid at time of pick-up.
New Tables (29-8 ft & 8-6 ft)
$2 each plus $10 deposit per table ⁄ $3 out of town
Chairs (300)
$.10 in town & $.25 out of town, no deposit
**Senior Citizens & Schools=No Charge**
"Equipment Rental Release" Form needs to be completed & signed before released. Attach deposit check to form - DO NOT DEPOSIT - return check when equipment is returned.
