The Pride of Oakes Award is a program sponsored by the Oakes Area Chamber of Commerce which recognizes individuals who are an example of outstanding hospitality in the community of Oakes, North Dakota. This individual goes above and beyond the call of duty to make people feel welcome in the community. Quite simply, the make you happy whether you are either a resident or a visitor to Oakes, North Dakota!

The individual may be a retail clerk, food server, gas station attendant, receptionist, business owner or any one of a hundred others who make you feel welcome in the community. Please send us a note with his or her name with a description of the activity, their name if you know it. If not, the time, place and day. Describe the circumstances and what you found to be an example of outstanding hospitality. Winners are selected and presented with the Pride of Oakes award.
