"On Halloween these kids were cleaning up grafetti around Oakes. They had made a pack to never have any 2010 grafetti in Oakes. These kids have competed at all levels - local, statewide, and national and have done very well. These kids respect their peers and their teachers. They in turn respect themselves and hold themselves to higher standards. They set a good example for the rest of the kids and our community. They are being taught community service without wanting community recognition. They do all these things that we may not notice and they don´t expect to be."

"For all they do for the school kids - donating tuxedo rental to all the homecoming king candidates for may years. This is a wonderfully nice thing to do. Those boys enjoy a night of royalty and wow do they look nice. The Aune's have been donating the cost of these for years and we all know how expensive tuxes are these days. Thanx Aunes"
